There are two main wiring methods for double-sided flexible light strip circuit boards: parallel connection method and single connection method. In the parallel connection method, you need to connect the two positive wires together, and then connect the two negative wires together.
The specific steps are as follows:
1.Identify the positive and negative wires, and peel off a section of the two positive wires to reveal a small section of the bare wire core.
2.Interweave the two positive wires and insert them into the heat shrink tube separately, making sure the exposed parts of the wire cores are in contact.
3.Use a lighter or heat gun to heat the shrink tubing so it shrinks tightly, securing the two wires together.
4.Do the same with the negative wire to ensure a secure connection.
The steps of single connection method are as follows:
1.Identify the positive and negative wires, and peel off a section of each positive and negative wire to expose a small section of the bare wire core.
2.Gently coil the two wires together and secure with electrical tape or heat shrink tubing, making sure they do not touch.
3.Connect the other positive wire and negative wire to the positive and negative poles of the power supply respectively, making sure that the positive and negative poles of the power supply correspond correctly.
The following points should be noted when wiring:
Make sure that the exposed parts of the wire core are in contact with each other to ensure good conductivity. When using heat shrink tubing, ensure that the heating is uniform to avoid obvious poor shrinkage or overheating. When connecting the power supply, pay attention to the correct correspondence between the positive and negative poles, otherwise the light strip may not light up normally or be damaged.Check that all connections are firm and not loose before closing the LED light strip housing and turning on the power to start using.
